The Energy Coaching Process

In your energy coaching session, Source (God, The Divine, Universal Life Force, Higher Self) works through me. Source gives me unique guidance, for each client, customized just for YOU. My job is to allow the messages and intuitive healing to flow and then communicate those messages to you.  

The foundation is a triad approach of mind, body, spirit. The work on the mind involves reprogramming the subconscious mind so we use our minds for our highest good. For the body we work on removing energy blocks and traumas in the energy field that inhibit the body’s nature state of self-healing. 

The body is actually designed to heal itself, really! Your spirit has all your answer; it is your higher self, YOUR guru. This is my favorite part, where I facilitate that connection that is life altering. 

My primary modality is Light Bridge. Light Bridge is energy healing done in a theta brainwave state on the mind, body and spirit It is based on clearing subconscious energies, beliefs, and traumas that are blocking self-healing, peace and prosperity, and replacing them with attunements, (energy patterns that are our birthrights as human beings). I also re-establish the connection of the other parts of you to your soul, inner being, higher self, the place where ALL the answers can be found. 

Do you know that  our conscious mind, which we think is in charge and running our lives,  is only 10% of the story? Our subconscious mind is running the show 90% of the time and often we have no idea what thoughts are creating our life experiences.
