I’ve been in training for my calling as a healer more than half my life, yet I had no idea until 2014. My journey has included, (but is not limited to), co-dependence, failed marriages, depression, anxiety, heartbreak, a variety of physical ailments (some of which were supposed to be incurable), and unexpected losses of loved ones. These experiences gave me courage, grace, and a deeper understanding of life to meet the needs of my clients.  

By my mid 20’s, I’d had enough of the pessimistic, worrywart, perfectionist who never measured up that I’d become. I began studying spirituality, in an attempt to understand why, when I had NOTHING to complain about, I complained about EVERYTHING. Especially my giant list of perceived imperfections. Becoming a mom accelerated my efforts to change so I wouldn’t pass down my negativity to my children.

Fast forward to my late 40's when my life imploded. I navigated through my dark night of the soul by reading countless books, attending workshops, calling on my friends, my faith and allowing divine love and grace to heal me. I discovered my essence and was reborn with a zest for life and glass spilling over with love and joy to share!

I became a carefree spirit with surfboard in one hand, rollerblades in the other; a big smile on my face and looking for the next great outdoor adventure and avenues to serve humanity! I had found my way back home to me and in the process, discovered my gift for helping others heal themselves. 

My passion is spreading love and light and bringing people home to their inner healer and guru. By moving out of pain and suffering we find our power and it was in us all along.
